When you cast a difficulty or quality vote on a puzzle, we store your IP address to prevent duplicate votes. No other information is collected for votes.

This information is used only to review and moderate submissions and to deduplicate votes. Your email address is never displayed publicly and is never shared with any third party. It is visible only to site administrators.

The only personal data we hold is what you voluntarily submitted (email address, nickname, comment or puzzle text). Use the Data Removal Request form to have your email address removed, or contact us for any other request.

FOLJ.com does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising.

The only personal information we hold that is linked to your identity is your email address, any nickname you provided, and the text you submitted. You can request removal of all of this at any time using the Data Removal Request form.

Your Right to Data Removal

You may request that your email address be removed from our records at any time using the Data Removal Request form. Your address will be anonymised immediately across all our records. Content you contributed (puzzles, comments) will remain on the site but will no longer be associated with your address.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy we will post a notice on the site. Your continued use of FOLJ.com after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
